The DEALER WAITING LIST is a spreadsheet containing names of people who want to become DEALERS and their contact information (Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, E-Mail Address).

The DEALER WAITING LIST can be submitted at this web site WWW.ECKMANSTOYSHOW.COM or by filling out the information at one of the shows.

Whenever a DEALER quits or violates one of the show rules, their space is opened up and we contact the next name on the current list.

Once you have been contacted, we will inform you (talking to you in person or leave a message) that your name has come up on the WAITING LIST and have 48 hours to call back and say yes or no for that show or no longer interested.

(NOTE: If the phone number is no longer valid, your name will be dropped from the list. If you are still on the list and have a new phone number, contact us on the web or at the show for the change.)

ACTION BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE

1.)   YES response – you are assigned a space and we will mail you the registration package.

2.)   NO response – you can’t make it this time because of work, out of town, etc. — your name stays on the list in the same position and when we have the next opening will contact you.

(NOTE: If you say no to the second offer, then we must remove you from the list to give other people opportunities to get in as a DEALER.)

3.)   NO LONGER INTERESTED response – your name will be removed from the list.

DEALER DEFINITION AND RULES

DEALERS are in three (3) groups:

1.)   PERMANENT DEALER – set-up for 4 or more straight shows;

2.)   NEW DEALER – set-up for less than 4 straight shows; or

3.)   TEMPORARY DEALER – DEALER contacted for short notice for one show only.

What are the rules…….

1.)   PERMANENT DEALERS must contact and confirm for each show by the middle of the month before the show is scheduled – failure to do so will cause their spaces to be reassigned to people on the waiting list.

2.)   PERMANENT and NEW DEALERS that have confirmed for the show and just do not show up, your space(s) will be reassigned to people on the WAITING LIST and you will be banned as a DEALER for one (1) year.

3.)   NEW DEALERS that only do one (1) show and can’t do the next one, your space(s) will be reassigned to people on the WAITING LIST  (Will work on a one-to-one basis illness, accident, etc. that could be valid issues for missing a show) and you will be placed back on the WAITING LIST if you desire.

4.)   PERMANENT DEALERS who can’t make the next show because of a work schedule, illness, accident, etc. – can call and I will attempt to find a TEMPORARYDEALER for that show only from the WAITING LIST.

1. a.     The PERMANENT DEALER will be responsible for any table rent if a replacement can’t be found. Failure to cover the cost of the un-filled space will result in your space(s) being reassigned to people on the WAITING LIST.

1. b.    This can only be used for one show in the entire scheduled year. More than one show in the year will result in your space(s) being reassigned to people on the WAITING LIST
