ARTISTS WAITING LIST

Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

We are in the process of creating an Artist Waiting List database of information, so I can use it to fill in any space for my shows.

I know that you have other commitments and they may conflict with my show dates, so please complete the form below and return as soon as possible so if I have an opening I can get you scheduled.

This information will not go any farther than for my usage as I have never shared any Dealer or Artist information and will not do so in the future.

Our shows are have a set-up time on both Friday afternoon from 3 PM to 8 PM and again starting at 6:30 AM on Saturday / Sunday for you to set up any displays for the show.

The show hours are 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 4 PM on Sunday we need you to be in place by 8:30 AM.

IF YOU CAN NOT STAY FOR BOTH DAYS – PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE SO I CAN TRY AND SEE IF WE CAN FIND OTHER ARTISTS OR FUND RAISERS THAT MAY WANT TO SET UP FOR THE SHOW.

The cost for Artist Spaces will be $10 and a donation to the door prize starting in 2016.

The Artist tables will have your name on them to identify where you will be sitting.

Each of you will have one (1) eight foot table and 2 chairs. You will be on a wall space with no one behind you. This way you can set up any displays in the space behind your table. 

Address of the event center is AUSTIN HIGHWAY EVENT CENTER, 1948 AUSTIN HIGHWAY, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78218 (BETWEEN EISENHAUER AND WALZEM ROAD)

Parking and Unloading will be in the back of the building.
